Jerry Howard, Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of Home Builders, has over 25 years of association experience and a lifetime in the housing industry. Jerry began his association career at the National Association of Realtors, where he served as a Legislative Analyst for tax issues. Prior to joining NAHB, Jerry served as the Chief Lobbyist for the National Council of State Housing Agencies where he was instrumental in the development of the low-income housing tax credit as part of the Tax Reform Act of 1986.

Steven Delarge is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of LIXIL Water Technology Americas, a business unit of LIXIL Corporation, a global building products company. Delarge was promoted to this position October 2015, after serving as Acting CEO since January 2015. In this role, he is responsible for managing North and South America business activities for the LIXIL brands American Standard, DXV, and GROHE, as well as overseeing the leadership teams for sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, legal, and human resources team. Prior to joining American Standard, Delarge spent more than 25 years with GE in financial and planning roles for numerous operating units, which included working globally and living in Latin America and China.

Kelly currently serves as the President of the Florida Manufactured Housing Association.
